An attempt to try to fix it...
I don't look at my problems as burdens any more. They are lessons with something I can glean from. There are no regrets. Just lessons. THANK the universe for them! Thank Spirit for lessons to reprove yourself in them.
Regrets keep you depressed, lessons builds your strength.
