This is presently sitting on my desk at work. Enjoying a beautiful sunrise this morning as I reflect on the beautiful teachings and the beautiful people that came into my life this week. From our teacher Jillian Pransky, we learned that people are specifically designed to feel deep connections and I am grateful to have directly experienced this truth over the past few days. Namaste.

“why i need #restorativeyoga” create space in this over-cluttered mind let life flow and fall into me excited to start this 5 week course #relaxmore by #JillianPranksy for a calmer body, clearer mind “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear” it’s true Jillian’s #restorativeyogatraining came to me at the most unexpected time with zero restorative yoga experience even as a student i somehow stumbled upon her training at #yogaworks #santamonica (April 2017) during the training, one of the most hectic restless weekends of my life i felt the effects of deep relaxation through her teachings and her cues because of how amazing that was, i decided to take her same training again as my yogic path cleared up some more in #newyorkcity (feb 2018) the latter time i learned, not only for my own experience but in how i can be of assistance to others i have to admit science, anatomy, human as a whole is a big mystery to me (probably the worst graded subjects during my school life) BUT I ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD through Jillian’s training…. somehow.. she is able to simplify the material in a way where even I CAN UNDERSTAND and that is fucking amazing!!!! to have the chance to come across a GREAT TEACHER who i respect/admire this much i am forever grateful heres to a amazing course for #myself #createspace #restoremybrain . . . . . #redhairyogi #doodlemylife #penandpaper ohhh like my nails??? #bakenekonails #emojinails #overworkedbrain #anxiety #family #expectations #planningforthefuture #goingoverthepast #amisleepingenough? #amiactuallysleeping? #foreverdreaming #obliviouswonderland #alicesplayground #180813 (at Los Angeles, California)
