whenever we do talk about the mcu though i always have to go back and think about thor ragnarok and how that was like. the nail in the coffin for me and the mcu. as soon as that movie came out it was so easy to see how soulless and empty 99% of everything else the mcu produced was, and i felt like i was just hanging on at that point to see if it'd ever get better, if it'd ever get BACK to the level waititi was able to bring, and it never did. if anything its just gotten so much worse
