धर्मस्थल पर सैनिटाइजर, इंफ्रारेड थर्मामीटर की व्यवस्था रहनी चाहिए.

यथा-सम्भव अपने वाहन आदि में जूता-चप्पल उतारने के बाद ही धर्मस्थल जाएं.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि भारत सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों के क्रम में धर्मस्थलों को खोले जाने से पूर्व प्रशासन व पुलिस के अधिकारीगण इन स्थलों के प्रबन्धन से जुड़े लोगों से संवाद बनाते हुए उन्हें सभी सावधानियां सुनिश्चित करने की जानकारी दें .उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक धर्मस्थल पर सैनिटाइजर, इंफ्रारेड थर्मामीटर तथा पल्स ऑक्सीमीटर की व्यवस्था रहनी चाहिए एवं यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि धर्मस्थल के अन्दर एक बार में पांच से अधिक श्रद्धालु न हों. आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि धर्म स्थल में प्रतिमा अथवा धार्मिक ग्रन्थों को कोई भी स्पर्श न करे. धर्मस्थलों के परिसर में श्रद्धालु जूता-चप्पल पहनकर न जाएं. जूता-चप्पल रखने के लिए व्यवस्था से जुड़े लोग इस सम्बन्ध में समुचित इन्तजाम करें. उन्होंने कहा कि यह उचित होगा कि लोग यथा-सम्भव अपने वाहन आदि में जूता-चप्पल उतारने के बाद ही धर्मस्थल की ओर प्रस्थान करें.

मुख्यमंत्री योगी शुक्रवार को यहां अपने सरकारी आवास पर बैठक में अनलॉक की व्यवस्था की समीक्षा कर रहे थे. उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 के संक्रमण की कड़ी को तोड़ने के लिए प्रत्येक स्तर पर पूरी सावधानी व सतर्कता बरतना आवश्यक है. इसके दृष्टिगत उन्होंने सभी स्थानों पर सामाजिक दूरी का कड़ाई से पालन कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं. उन्होंने कहा है कि प्रभावी पेट्रोलिंग करते हुए यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि कहीं भी भीड़ एकत्र न होने पाए.

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि संक्रमित को समय पर समुचित उपचार उपलब्ध कराना अत्यन्त आवश्यक है. उन्होंने मुख्य सचिव को निर्देशित किया कि वह समस्त मण्डलायुक्तों तथा जिलाधिकारियों से प्रतिदिन सीधे संवाद कर कोविड चिकित्सालयों की व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाए रखें.योगी आदित्यनाथ ने औद्योगिक गतिविधियों में वृद्धि के लिए तेजी से प्रयास करने का निर्देश दिए. उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ाकर रोजगार के अधिकाधिक अवसर सृजित किए जा सकते हैं. मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उद्यमियों को ऋण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए एम.एस.एम.ई.सेक्टर के ऑनलाइन स्वरोजगार संगम जैसे कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएं.

उन्होंने उद्योग बन्धु, पिकप आदि संस्थाओं को उद्योगों के संचालन की अनुकूल परिस्थितियां सृजित करने के सम्बन्ध में प्रभावी प्रयास करने के निर्देश भी दिए.उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश लौटे कामगारों को प्रधानमंत्री के विशेष आर्थिक पैकेज के माध्यम से लाभान्वित करने की दिशा में कार्रवाई की जाए. इस पैकेज के माध्यम से रेहड़ी तथा खोमचे वालों एवं एमएसएमई सेक्टर को उपलब्ध कराए जा सकने वाले ऋण एवं अन्य लाभ के सम्बन्ध में राज्य स्तरीय बैंकर्स समिति की बैठक आहूत की जाए. 

उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री के विशेष आर्थिक पैकेज के माध्यम से प्रदेश को अधिक से अधिक लाभ दिलाने के लिए सभी जरूरी प्रयास करने के निर्देश भी दिए. मुख्यमंत्री ने कामगारों/श्रमिकों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए एक पोर्टल तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए. उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक इकाइयों के अलावा विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों तथा संस्थानों, जहां कामगारों/श्रमिकों की जरूरत हो, वहां इन्हें रोजगार देने के प्रयास किए जाएं. उन्होंने नोडल अधिकारियों को सम्बन्धित प्रदेश सरकारों से सम्पर्क कर उन राज्यों से वापसी के इच्छुक लोगों की सूची प्राप्त करने के निर्देश भी दिए, ताकि ट्रेनों की व्यवस्था की जा सके.

ہمارے ملک میں اللہ و دیگر کو خوش کرنے کے لیے کوئی بھی, کبھی بھی, اس کی مخلوق کو کسی بھی قسم کی پریشانی دینے سے گریز نہیں کرتا. شیعہ، امام حسین علیہ السلام کے نام پر جب چاہتے ہیں شہر کو ڈھٹائی سے یرغمال بنا لیتے ہیں ان کی ٹکر پر باقی مسلمان بھی عوام کو تنگ کرنے کا کوئی موقع ہاتھ سے جانے نہیں دیتے . مگر ہاں اقلیتی مسلمان, بوہری اور اسماعیلی, فلحال اپنی عبادت بھی اپنے تک محدود رکھتے ہیں اور نہ ہی کسی کو تبلیغ کرنے کے چکر میں معاشرے کا توازن بگاڑتے ہیں اور یہ اس لیے کہ ان کی سپریم قیادت ان کے امام زندہ اور لکھپتی فورنر ہوتے ہیں جو کہ بدلتی اخلاقی اقداروں کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے آپ کو بھی بدلتے رہتے ہیں،انہیں بخوبی اندازہ ہے کہ ابھی وہ تعداد میں کم ہیں ذرا ان کے پاس بھی طاقت آنیں دیں پھر دیکھیں کہ بدلتا ہے آسماں رنگ کیسے کیسے.
