Ramadan Duaa Day 27:

This violence in gaza is really upsetting me. I feel so helpless and sad about it. I try not to think anti-israel but rather pro-humanity. The thing is, it’s been going on since WW2 ended, but it’s a holy month for Muslims and the civilian deaths are overwhelming to ignore. It seems trivial going through my twitter feed and seeing all the posts about fandoms when people are dying everyday. Tumblr isnt so bad and keeps my faith in humanity. One positive thing I can think of is that if people in Gaza suffer everyday, I sure as hell can keep my fasts and if anything, do it for their sake.
It’s not about religion, politics, or nationality. It’s about the massacre of civilians.
