how to reblog and remove all comments but the ones you want to keep

remove the blockquotes you don't want.

Remove the " - link to profile - blockquote" lines from each of the people you don't want, and then remove their comment. (which will be among other comments so remove the correct one!) And then remove one </blockquote> at the end per user you removed.
