Because you're a font of all things Clay, I noticed something today! I'm rewatching campaign 2 and I realized that when Caduceus was introduced and left the Blooming Grove, Nila and her mate and son went there to take care of it since they lost their home!!! Awhile ago I mentioned I was starting a Baldur's Gate campaign with a cute little kenku sorcerer named Mead. Turns out in this module you need a dark secret and Mead's is this: She's been reincarnated. From who or what, you may ask? Well, none other than Phylestrixi the Incomparable, the greatest and prettiest beholder to ever grace the planes. She who wears pretty bows on her eyestalks and terrorizes lower life forms! She is now a kenku.

I forgot!!! The beholder called herself Phyllis. I enjoyed Anjali's Doom character in the Doom oneshot a lot and I just LOVED the name Phyllis so I worked it into my weirdo beholder kenku.

Once the ice pack numbs you up, take a hot bath or hot shower (probably a shower is better) and let the heat soak into the muscle so it relaxes. Also, if the problem stems from your shoulders, find a tennis ball and squish it between your back and a wall. Rolling it around along the muscles on either side of your spine is really effective for tight knots.
