he thought it was quite unfortunate that it had began to rain on the day he was finally able to meet the girl he had been talking to frequently online. granted, their conversations weren’t anything in depth or incredibly special, but he seemed content with how things were going when they did talk, and he didn’t mind whatever lull occurred when they were both suddenly overwhelmed with their responsibilities. he was quite glad to hear that judith was willing to meet at a park with him, though he did wish the weather was nicer. it was a good thing he brought his umbrella at least; maybe it’ll stop raining later on and the two of them could run into the ice cream truck. but for now, he was on the lookout for her, keeping his phone handy in case she called.
