In quite possibly Tommy's least casual way of getting someones attention, he sends a basketball flying out of his hands in the direction of one Elise Quinn walking down the street. Look, when it came to Elise he wasn't going to chase her down the road just to say hi. He was going to make a whole scene in which he could 'accidentally' bump into her and say hi. There was a difference. "Damn thing got away from me," he anounces after jogging up to her, bending down to scoop up the orange basket ball. "What's this? Elise Quinn out of the resturant? Didn't think that was possible." Smooth.
