Life Is Strange... with some clients
Offering services on Fiverr has brought me in contact with some really interesting people, but from time to time I have been contacted by some... ‘interesting’ interesting people.
Tonight was an unusual one of these encounters. I’ve had trolls, but never before has my work as a fiction writer on Fiverr intersected with the hordes of people trying to rip me off as a copywriter too.
I’ve experienced many, many laughably low offers in terms of price in the past. This one was for ten short pieces of copy on sex dolls... at the generous price of $1 per piece.
Whoa there, big spender.
I wasn’t up for being paid less than I’d have to shell out in electricity to write the damned things. I was polite though, and just said that I couldn’t do the job for that price. This was the response:
...yeah. I’m pretty sure no freelancers ‘like’ to work with that price, flaktrim15. Thanks anyway.
