@mpdonghae — (continued)
“As long as you’ve existed.” she states, quietly blinking as if she’s not phased; although his swing in emotion right to anger did make her a bit...nervous. It was one of those things she’d rather witness from a distance, rather than straightforward. “And you should have known me long enough to know that I’m testing your determination. Congratulations, however, I see you still have it in you and that is quite admirable.”
Maybe it was a little too daring that Eris was speaking to Zeus like this, especially after his anger had risen and he was looking upon her in such a way—but who would she be not to poke at even him?
“I don’t doubt you.” I know you’ll have it your way if you can help it—no, Eris, don’t say that to him, that’s a bit much. Even if you mean it. “And perhaps I was here to rather offer my assistance, as sometimes these things are not easy alone.” she huffed softly, expression softening just a touch and ever so slightly. And in a way, she missed Hera and all her jealousy that had lead to some of Eris’ chaotic feats. Surely a reunion between the king and queen of the Greek gods and goddesses would bring about some liveliness, and perhaps even messy entertainment.
