私を破壊する。                       You haven’t forgotten about me, have you? Or is it best to assume that the Warrior Goddess will fail to recall the very essence of who she is, the very essence that makes me what I am? Have you fallen so, so far beyond reach that you cannot face the reality of who I am, the reality of who you are? Or are you just SCARED? Woe is she who chooses to deny it.        The petite girl with bubblegum PINK tresses extends her arms, wide open, welcoming her latest play date. And... voila! She claps her hand together ‘bove the crown of her head. The air ‘round her stirs and stifles. A black fog gathers. It is the Chaos.      With thumb and index fingers, she snaps! And immediately, a Behemoth is borne from the miasma-like darkness. A merciless, drooling BEAST.      ❝ Looks like you’ve left us to play by ourselves for too long, S a v i o r. We’ve been waiting for you, but I guess you were just too busy ‘ saving’ the world that you neglected all your relationships.       ... as usual. ❞ @respxrk

          SEQUESTERING HIMSELF to the vacant balcony of the venue, caught up in reverie, the device rests nestled between fingertips, radiating an enigmatic air. It is reminiscent of the artefacts he’d collected some time ago, holding an odd kind of nostalgia whilst inspiring a sense of uncertainty. Somehow the order he’d been tasked anew spun more mysteries than the Goddess herself. Still, he’d hardly settled upon the earths of the past nor established himself, no realm truly earned the title of ‘ home ’. And while a taste for the familiar hardly caused his resolve to waver, it’s difficult to distract one’s thoughts from the future. He’d find himself engrossed at a constant, even to the point where an encroaching presence caused his acknowledgement to spark late. Perhaps instinct foresaw her approach, knew of the pattern those footfalls obeyed, a seasoned hunter seldom abandoned intuition. Those steps are guided by a moderate, graceful weight, and worry calms prior to the rising of caution. 

It was Lightning.

“Lightning?” A timid voice broke the awkward silence, boot covered feet slowly moving in the other woman’s direction. Out of all the people in the GROUP, the soldier was definately the one Vanille had spoken the least to, and now when getting some time over, she saw her chance. While admiring Lightning’s appearance and physical STRENGTH, the pinkette could more often then not come of as a bit frightening, which accompanied with fearing she was bothering her caused Vanille to keep her distance. That, and of course the overbearing GUILT over Serah’s fate which constantly loomed over the pulsean’s mind.

        He was exhausted. Running from battle to battle really took a toll on him, given that he had never been the one for exercise before this. But he had himself wanted to take point, so he had no choice but to press on forward. This was the only way for him to keep up with Light, anyway.

        Though, after a few more meters, he had to admit defeat, as no enemy was on sight.

❝Can we rest for a bit..? There’s no one around.❞

        His words were careful as he examined their surroundings. Even though he had grown closer to her already, he still didn’t want her to think he was a liability or too weak.
