This recipe for homemade salsa has all the fresh flavors and vibrancy of salsa from a restaurant. It's great for dipping chips in or adding to your favorite Mexican dishes.
Ingredients: 4 large tomatoes, diced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and minced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, minced jalapeo pepper, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a large bowl. Put salt, black pepper, lime juice, and ground cumin in the bowl. Make sure to mix the ingredients together well. Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix. You can eat it cold with tortilla chips or put it on tacos, burritos, or grilled meats.
