I will be honest. When I first heard "red light therapy," I assumed it was one of those wellness trends with a lot of packaging and very little proof.
Then I actually looked into it. And then I tried it.
Here is what it actually does. Red light uses specific wavelengths that pass through the skin and reach the muscle and tissue underneath. No heat. No pain. It works at the cellular level, prompting the cells to produce more energy on their own.
