People were tortured under the Bush administration. That is a violation of international law. No one was prosecuted, thanks in large part due to the Obama administration stalling and ultimately dropping the relevant cases.

Every single drone strike is a violation of international law (according to the UN, for which Obama in today's UN address said we must police the world).

Funding and arming non-state actors who employ terror tactics is a violation of international law.

Establishing honeypot social media in foreign countries in order to foment political dissidence is a violation of international law.

Funding and arming Mexican drug cartels is a violation of international law.

Recent airstrikes over Syrian airspace are a violation of international law and Syrian sovereignty.

The NSA's global panopticon is a violation of international  law.

There are countless examples; violating international law isn't exclusive to the Obama administration. As far as U.S. public policy is concerned, this is business as usual.
