Technical Difficulties
[The pod’s entry into the atmosphere should have already turned some heads, but in case anyone was busy at that time, there was a huge plume of water and steam as it hit the water’s surface.]
[All muscles were aching, movement was a pain, Retas opened her eyes, but nothing was there. It was dark. A ringing, like a I-beam crashing on the concrete, filled her mind. No, the noise was outside her head, it was an alarm. She twisted her head and found a light, a cautious orange glow. Pressing the point of interest, she was greeted to another light: a screen, with words. ‘Planetary Altitude Below Tolerance: Cabin Pressure Failing’ in nice red letters. Retas didn’t mind, she felt like hell already, why not make a visit. A loud crack rang in the air, and the air was soon replaced with water. The pod was sinking. It wasn’t much of an escape, but at least it she wasn’t going to die on another suicide mission. She made it. Outside of their grasp. Somewhere they couldn’t find her, or bring her back.]

[Retas was disappointed. The search hit another dead end. Perci wasn’t any closer to her since the days in the lab. Coming to this blasted planet was nothing more than a waste of time. Although, she had heard rumors that it had some of the best meat-orgasms for public consumption in the star-system. It couldn’t hurt to feed the curiosity.]
[Getting into the bar was easy enough, but getting actual food was another endeavor. It’s been 5 minutes...food preparation shouldn’t take that long...at least the drinks were nice. Such a shame the glasses were so small...]
