Vivian fiddled with the end of her scarf as she stumbled along the beach. It was her day off and as usual she’d decided to spend it on the beach. Smiling she looked down to Mizu her Marill as she plodded along beside her. Cupping her hands behind her back Vivian looked to the sea to her right just as her foot hit something lying in the sand. Taken by surprise she lost her balance causing her to topple forward, hitting the ground with a thud. Spitting out a mouthful of sand she looked behind her to see something lying on the ground, now covered in sand. Picking it up she searched the beach for a potential owner eventual spotting someone not too far ahead. Jumping up she ran over to them lightly tapping her shoulder.

“Excuse me but did you drop this?” she asked, holding it up.

Azure wasn’t sure why he stopped near the Contest Hall. He stood outside for a bit, before finally shrugging, and walked inside. His youngest Neice wanted to be a Coordinator as well, so maybe he could ask a few questions and find out how one got into this Contest stuff to give his little Neice a hand.

However, the moment he stepped into the Contest Hall, he regretted it. It was far too bright and noisy for his liking... no wonder Eris was into this contest stuff. He quickly looked for a Coordinator off to the side, and found one with a Banette.

His Pikachu eagerly jumped off his shoulders and ran over to the Banette, raising one little paw in the air, and waved it gleefully at the Banette. Azure smirked at his Pokemon’s enthusiasm, and followed her over.

“Sorry to bother you.“ He stated towards the Pokemon’s Trainer, “But my Neice is starting her Pokemon Journey soon, and wants to compete here, so I was wondering if you could give me some tips to give her?“

     Sitting by the riverside, Estella sat reading a novel she had brought from home. It was a collection of fairy tales she had purchased not a  day before. Completely enthralled in her book she did not notice the stranger approach the riverside. She simple turned the page of her book and continued to read.

     Her Lapras however, who was floating gently by the river’s edge watching her trainer all the while, notice the approach and made a call of greeting to the newcomer.

     “Rasss!” The water type called out to the human intruder.
