Sassy, corny, 90's inspired, cartoon character shirt design I've wanted to make for a long time. It's getting closer. It MUST have some fluorescent ink. It'll be an investment since there are so many colors, unless I redesign to use a little less. Let me know if this is something you'd buy! I really want to make more shirts like these too.
