What would be their favourite game to play together in a modern AU?

I for one LOVE the idea of Revali struggling with Wii sports resort Archery, just because he takes it too seriously but the controls are always throwing him off. (I can see him possibly liking bowling) 

All fun stuff aside, I can see them sitting together and play Animal Crossing (new leaf). I feel like Revali would be the one trying to perfect his town To-a-T while Erin just goes fishing and waters flowers. Also Erin would send Revali letters all the time, even tho he’s RIGHT next to him most times.

any headcannons u want to share about Revali??? Or even Erin?

Ooooooh boy;

I don't want to turn this ask into an essay, so I'll try to only say a few things,,,

Revali:

Other than him being shorter than most rito, I like to think he was a late bloomer, which is why he pushes himself so hard in training, to "catch up" and prove he can be a great warrior

This one I think about a lot--family. Obviously he had to have had parents at some point but we don't see any talk of it in the games. So, for my AU, he was an only child, and his parents passed when he was young. Mom passed away when Revali was very young which caused a strain on his and his dad's relationship because they both handled the grief pretty badly. (Revali pushed his focus to training, but also started shutting people out)

Erin:

The big thing for Erin, is that although he's a chill dude who wants to see the world. He does have a hard time with commitment? Like, he's been in a few relationships before, but the interests would usually conflict, that, and he's really focused on absorbing as much information as possible about Hyrule. So being in a relationship isn't exactly on his priority list. But if it happens, it happens kind of thing haha

Did Erin not know Revali was the Champion? No, our bi disaster over here didn't realize until way after the conversation

what kind a AU you talking here????

Ah you see, the AU I’m talking about is a a self-indulgent one. The long and short of it is I get to draw Revali x self-insert/zelda oc stuff since you know,, Revali is one of my favourite characters, and he deserves some love ; w ;

The big thing about this tho; This is an AU where the Champions survive (minus link) but also I’m a coward so I draw Revali more human/hylian like (think of the Rito in Windwaker).

Again, it’s a more self-indulgent thing.. I focus a lot on Revali teaching Erin archery (I’m still fleshing out the details 👀) so that’s why I haven’t posted a whole lot about it on here;; But since Age of Calamity, I’ve been doing a lot more writing, while also feeling more comfortable in sharing, so I do hope to share more content about it when I can!!
