It’s one of the hottest days of summer that year, or so Chanyeol thinks. He’d removed his tie, then his blazer, then unfastened the first three buttons of his shirt, rolled up his sleeves, removed his shoes, and he was honestly just ten minutes away from stripping.

He sighed, because of course Seon Hye doesn’t reply. They were due for a lunch date (Chanyeol’s treat, since he’d stupidly lost a bet; it didn’t matter because he was determined to bring Seon Hye to the cheapest eatery in the neighbourhood and was even more determined to ignore her complaints).
Of course, their lunch dates never quite ended with just lunch. There were times he’d find himself in places he wouldn’t actually be, had he not been hanging out with Seon Hye. There were times he’d find himself in restricted sections of museums, in the rooftops of several buildings, and there was that one time he’d goaded her into climbing a tree… and well, he wasn’t planning to do that again. With that thought in mind, he texted her again.
