Hi, I've been mostly just looking at and liking tumblr posts and this is the first time I've ever asked on here. When it comes to Shipwrecked 64 I have two questions:

1.) Can the starlings talk or only just make those ambient noises?

2.) Would Rex have liked YouTube or just avoided the internet like a plague?

Starlings can speak. Dwellers make ambient noises mostly due to hardware restrictions (Which, when those limits are gone in HI09 it is a lot more apparent). Actual IRL starlings require vigorous vocal training, though.

He would have liked it, but probably the early 1990s/early 2000s version of the internet. As soon as it went corporate he probably would have started to dislike it, much like the rest of it.
