Sometimes, Sasaki feels the air around him weighed down by thick tension. From where the intense feeling emerges-- he simply can't pinpoint it. Numerous times, he rushes past a corner of a building because he senses something incredibly off, but each time an empty street greets him. He tries his best not to let the strange phenomena affect him too much; however, he remains alert.
On a particularly cold afternoon, Sasaki rests on a bench adjacent to the city library. His plain scarf is pulled up to his nose and his briefcase (filled with books he just borrowed) rests on his lap. He wants to go back inside to the warmth of the library, but he also doesn't want to miss the bus that was suppose to be there about ten minutes ago. A sigh escapes his mouth, warming his scarf for a brief moment, as he looks at his watch again.
"So much for a relaxing afternoon."
