Mezcal Monday //🌵🌵 ___________________________________________________ Rey Campero's 'Espadín + Pulquero' - this mezcal was produced with Espadín and Pulquero, or Agave Salmiana, also known as "The Green Giant" and which takes between 15-25 years to mature. Master Mezcalero Romulo Sanchez Parada built a clay pot still to use for this expression, making this truly unique and very special. Less than 100 bottles were allocated to California.
