Well this is adorable. Rhali chose to retire at 28 from pro football after her boyfriend’s cancer returned. He now has a year of chemo ahead, he proposed after her last game in which she scored.

Australian footballer Rhali Dobson had announced her retirement at just 28, in order to support her boyfriend who has brain cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy in Melbourne.

She scored in her last W-League game for Melbourne City. The Aussie Cityzens won the game.

And her boyfriend proposed to her after the game.
