Well, thanks to the generous folks who donated to my ‘Real Spoiled Cats’ fundraiser – Joey and I got to go the Anne Batley Burton’s fundraiser, and the Real Pod’s pre-party. It was, without question, one of the weirdest nights of our lives. We got to meet Anne, we stalked Gilda and Michelle, and we chatted with this season’s Bachelor awesome bachelorettes Lily and Hannah.

It’s also really important that you know that the jelly beans from the second panel were kind of stuck to the bowl.

Obviously none of the above was the weirdest part of the evening.

I know that reality tv is one hell of a shit show of bad news stuff, but, I also think that most of television is so I don’t feel too bad about being quite addicted to shows like The Bachelor and Real Housewives of Auckland, and I really do enjoy the weird dissecting of the episodes that The Real Pod does.

Joey really does come up with really great zingers about the Bachelor, but here is a picture of my face that I took during the premiere episode of the Bachelor NZ:
