a week ago i read @imindhowwelayinjune insane 320k words modern silmarillion AU Dancing With My Punchlines fic and these were the result (and there's more to come because i am obsessed and i cannot stop)
#let me SCREAM IN THE TAGS BC I CAN'T PUT INTO WORDS HOW MUCH I ENJOYED IT#first of all it should be illegal to be so funny i had to giggle every couple seconds#i loved how liveoakwithmoss balanced fluff and fun dialogue multi layered drama and sexy times it's so admirable and i couldn't stop reading#and the character interactions. BOY. how does one write so many different characters so well !!!! and the way they're so true to canon like#i swear that celegorm in canon would talk like that in a modern verse#speaking of which celegorm best boy celeg and aredhel best buddies are something that can be so personal#hnnnnghhghgg i cannot articulate everything this fic made me feel . it was so GOOD .#and the amount of times i wanted to hold moryo and feed him warm soup i love him#wanted to castrate finrod at first but then curufinrod was so sweet and my heart exploded and finrod being so kind and understanding with#ace curvo !!!!! my entire heart belongs to them.#and the references to the silm.
