...FUUUUUUCK I miss this dish+our #ChiliCrab so MUCH😩 (but mark my mother fucking words "they are FAR from dead" 😜): The Vietnamese Minced Beef-tacular w/ pickled red onions, chiffonaud mint, julienned Persian cucumber, chili roasted peanuts, fried shallots all on top O' fried Asian(and-not-yo-momma's-fancy-French)-style crispy edged eggs all of that on top of lightly seasoned fried rice with EVERYTHING smothered in a housemade coconut soda fish sauce served w/ a side of pickled dried Thai chili pepper mustard greens... aka our most complicated+delicious dish in assembly we've ever made (so far LOL) AND it will be in our book next year too for any of the 3 to 4 ppl that are curious 😭😂😭#itWILLbeback #weaintdeadyet #ricefiend 🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻 📸 cred: @metrolosangeles back in our Chinatown days phase 🙌😁 (at Banana Suit Enterprises)
