Troubled Comedy - Live Stand Up Every Tues in Ridgewood

Troubled Comedy is a weekly stand-up show at the Windjammer in Ridgewood, New York. Every Tuesday, hosts Jim McVeigh and Alexandria Love bring you the most talented comics from Comedy Central, Fallon, Colbert, and Netflix. The show starts at 7 PM and is free with a $5 suggested donation.

Troubled Comedy was one of the longest running shows in San Francisco,  and was included by SF Sketfest for two year in a row.

Is proof of vaccination required?

Yes, as of August 20, 2021, all guests must show proof of full vaccination at indoor venues per NYC law. We will accept your original vaccination record card, a photo of it, or a digital copy.

Is there an age requirement?

The show is  21+ only.

Is there a drink minimum?

No, but please support the bar, it’ll make the show better.

Does Windjammer serve food?

No, but theres some great spots to get food in the area

What if I’m late?

Seating is limited. If you arrive late you’ll likely have to stand.

Is the show wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible

If the event is sold out, will you have tickets at the door?

We’ll probably have standing room in the back. Come through
