How does the hellion's behavior change with the curse? Does she actually feast on the hearts of others then?
I like to think that the Hellion was already eating people’s hearts before and after arriving at the Hamlet, and after getting the Crimson Curse, that doesn’t change at all. While her personality stays intact, in the context of being infected by vampirism, the people of the Hamlet get very concerned when she talks about licking wounds and only trusting things she can kill.
Everyone didn’t notice the Hellion was infected early on, and even she didn’t realize she was a vampire and thought she was having one hell of a good month.Her rowdiness and general bloodthirsty nature is normal, and people thought her acting up even more was just because she was just excited to fight vampires.
Nobody really thought anything of her biting people until they learned she was cursed.
