• Sir Aaron was the first to achieve Mega Evolution with Lucario, the Keystone was embedded in the crystal staff, Lucario needed no Mega Stone due to the strength of the Aura
• If exposed to enough raw Mega Energy, a Pokemon can be permanently Mega Evolved (i.e; Rin's Absol (Prophet) and Roaring Moon)
• Aura Powers are actually quite genetic, and are further honed/unlocked with the aid of a Lucario
Ash, Ririan and Ryley are all distantly related as they are all descendants of Sir Aaron in some capacity.
Rin is the least related to him, but her abilities over Aura are far more powerful than all three of the other Guardians combined (although it may be due to her Draconic nature and Goddess-born heritage)
Rin currently is the official holder of the Aura Guardian title, and it gives her political power as chosen by the God of All- Arceus, the Beginning of All- Mew, and the Beings of Nature themselves- Yveltal, Xerneas, and Zygarde

Ryley has never, and will never be officially an Aura Guardian, despite heritage and being the closest related to Sir Aaron
• Aura Guardian/Guardian of Aura is a title bestowed upon by Arceus and/or Mew, but only after knowing for sure that the individual has Aura powers, they've trained with/have a Lucario that has an extremely strong bond with them, and they've gained the trust and favor of the Aura Trio- Yveltal, Xerneas and Zygarde.

Sir Aaron : The First, hailing from the Kingdom of Cameron, needed the gloves+staff to use Aura powers, can naturally see/sense Aura
Ryley : (technically) Unofficially recieved the title via heritage as Sir Aaron descendant the most closely related to him, never sought out the Aura Trio, doesn't have very powerful Aura powers (just really good at reading emotions+Pokemon), never was chosen by Arceus or Mew
Ash : (technically) was given the title by Sir Aaron's Lucario and Mew, as well as Lady Ilene, later was recognized by Arceus and the Aura Trio, needs the gloves to actually use Aura moves though (Sir Aaron did so too, but Ash needs it far less) can naturally see/sense Aura but to an amount far more than Sir Aaron could and Ryley can
and finally Ririan : The current Aura Guardian herself, has been recognized by Arceus and Mew, gained the favor of the Aura Trio multiple times, holds the title in an almost political way (giving her higher power in the Pokemon League on a level comparable to the Champions, if not more so), and the only recorded person to be able to use Pokemon moves(the gloves+staff only enhance her abilities tenfold) and the only person able to heal and completely understand pokemon to not be a child born of the Viridian Forest(like Lance, Giovanni and Yellow(yes, all the canons combine))

• Ash and Iris are notorious for not showing up to meetings, while Leon is always late
• Rin can't always show up to meetings, but the Champions refuse to finalize a decision without her input.
• she sometimes brings Ryley to meetings with her, as well as Diancie. she values the Princess' input and Ryley's wisdom
• although she hates him, Rin does value Lysandre's opinions and thoughts, because despite the twisted way he turned, he is an intelligent and innovative man who does have good intentions. Chairman Rose does not get the same treatment. she doesn't give a single shit about him. When he was still on the Pokemon League Council, Rin never let his ideas follow through. She'd learned her lesson with Lysandre, despite genuinely valuing his thoughts and ideas.
