❤️Gymnastics❤️ Today's training started off great...meaning we did a lot of gymnastics ❤️...we don't need to discuss the wall balls, true form running or snatching...lets just focus on gymnastics 😜 A. 5x Muscle Up Complex 1 strict muscle up+2 ring dips+slow negative+1 strict muscle up B. 4x Bar Complex 2 pull overs+3 kipping pull ups+ 4 bar muscle ups C. 3x 20 sec handstand hold+ straddle press handstand negative D. Hoy en @BoxProCrossFit hicimos: 3 x 10 Reverse Lounges Serie 1 con 30 kgs Serie 2 con 40 kgs Serie 3 con 50 kgs 5 Rounds 10 Burpee Jump Over the Box 10 V-Up 10 Ring Dips 10 Shoulder Touches TimeCap 20' Lo terminé en 17'. Las 2 primeras series de ST las hice normal, el resto hice 30" de Hand Stand. Y por primera vez hice los Ring Dips sin banda y hasta me salió el kip.
