Started my day crying for no reason but then treat myself with movie and lunch at a cafe (although I saw 2 other movies but online), read book while listening to good music and at last painted . This all made me so happy that I have decided to go on a date with myself at least once a month 🥰🥰.
Self care and self love really works on your mood. Take a break from your schedule for yourself.
