Evira von Soltaire and Risa Manzai.

Wow, one hell of a duo. Never in my wildest thoughts would I think you will suggest an interaction between him and a literal sunshine but anyway.

Risa definitely doesn't think much of Evira's weirdness, unlike Rosemi and Felicitas! I mean she's Risa! Weird is normal for her in any form or shape, what in Evira could bring Risa to feel his uncanny valley? Certainly if you think it's his eyes, you'd be wrong.

In her opinion, Evira is a cool guy depending on the subject matter. Most definitely not when it's about cooking, he's scary. But that's ok~ay, Risa is most helpful in cooking!

Evira brings the chaoticness out of Risa because she knows she is free to do anything whenever she is with him. It makes me wonder if it's the same for Evira.
