Okay, I know each company handles it differently, but I work in ecommerce/e-retail and if one of our products was damaged in shipping we would have at the very least offered a partial refund or at least refund shipping costs of shipping was paid because that would have meant we hadn't packaged it properly to withstand minor shipping damage. I don't think you would be out of line nicely asking.
I sent them an email back to see if i can get a refund, hopefully they do cuz this is the second time it happens and those albums aren’t cheap OTL mostly the shipping o-<--<
