I hate it when people without mental illnesses call symptoms and other personality traits exaggerations
The BPD gag that people cut their bangs in times of crisis is so unrelatable to me tbh... I blame my curly hair
Omg, I had been doing so well for months and tonight I'm just a mess and can't stop crying
I got sad and lonely out of the blue, wtf
I want to simultaneously bawl my eyes out and laugh until my stomach hurts, I want to cry out the things I can't vent and then laugh at them to the point I'm so exhausted I forget all about it
It's so hard to fight these thoughts, it's making me physically sick.
I feel like the moment my illness broke me down and made me act impulsively, it was the moment to tap out. And it's completely valid, it's completely okay. I know it's only trauma making it seem like I was discarded because I wasn't perfect or attractive or didn't concede enough; I gave my all, even at the end, when I was able to backpedal, I wasn't afraid to see my mistake and apologize and make it clear what had happened and that I was willing to work on it, on me, on us. I can't force things, whatever will be, will be. But it just hurts so much when you're too sick or unstable to be loved, when it's easier to walk away than remember the things that had made you fall in love with me in the first place.
People just don't understand how hard it is to stay in control when you have bpd, and some seem to know exactly how to trigger outbursts, why, what do they gain
