Really it's the entirety of Halloweentown, but those two? Those two. They scorched earth Thrall's beloved colleague (And husband???) and ALSO took the Very Illegal Artifact shipment Thrall was getting delivered to destroy it all. Except the doll.
The doll stays because they are Polite and Also A Person.
But yeah. Thrall's hatred for one Spooky town and the leaders of said town is currently rivaled by nothing in Einquell.
