Where is the lie? I have literally known about #RKelly since the 90s. I worked in radio and knew a lot of industry insiders. It was the worst kept secret in the business but people covered up for him because he was famous and had a largely female fan base that wouldn't hear the truth even when it did slip out. Y'all knew that whole "best friend's with Aaliyah" stuff was freaking creepy! What almost 30-year-old man is "best friends" with a 15-year-old girl? But y'all let it slide. When he married her, y'all let it slide! Who knows how many young Black Queens this dude violated over the years and y'all continued to let it slide. But trust and believe if a blond haired blue eyed girl had been among those he violated they would have locked him up and thrown away the key long before now!
