"If you promise not to scream, I’ll remove the gag."
He just woke up realizing his whole body has been tied up and he wasn't even able to speak because of the gag in his mouth. On top of that, he could only see darkness around him due to his eyes being wrapped up as well. He was only able to her a voice talking to him and his whole body stiffened the moment he realized it sounded quite familiar. Fingers were touching his cheek and even if he'd been able to say something, he wouldn't have known what. The shock was profound about the other who'd obviously been the one to tie him up like this. But why?
21. Curiosity kills: My muse finds out your muse is in a dangerous powerful gang
Wiping the sweat from his forehead, blue eyes flickered across the terminal for a familiar face. So many years had passed by since he was last here.... Not a thing had changed in all of that time. Maybe an increase of people walking around, but other than that it was basically the same. Still.... His friend promised to be here.
Finally, after scanning the surrounding area for a third time, Fushimi found the bright blonde hair and wide grin heading straight for him. He raised his hand up enough to let the other realize he had seen him, and with a small grunt he lifted his bags off the ground and started making his way over to the male. When they were finally close enough, he gave a greeting. "Yo, Ali... Been a while." Which it had been a while. Close to five years since they had last seen one another.
Alibaba Saluja. While he might not consider himself a foreigner after being in Japan for so long, most looked at him as one because of how he looked. One thing for sure though. Ali grabbed attention anywhere he went and that wasn't about to change today. Fushimi was just about to snap when the male placed a hand on his shoulder, flashing a bright smile at him, and started pulling him along to leave the terminal. Secretly the taller of the two was relieved to see his friend was still the same despite the time they spent apart.
How wrong he was though....
Only a few months back in the hustle and bustle of city life, Fushimi was situated just fine. Until he happened across a small circular gathering of people and the obvious sounds of fighting inside it. Approaching it, his phone out in case he had to call the cops, Fushimi nearly dropped it instead. In the open part of the circle stood Ali, blood splattered across his tan cheek and a wide smile on his face. "What's going on...?" He found himself whispering softly, not expecting an answer but given one anyway.
"You don't know?" Whispered the young woman at his side, her bright brown eyes peering at him. "Someone challenged Roarings second in command for his position.... Second wasn't happy about that... See?" In fact he did... He saw perfectly well....
Ali wasn't the same as he was in the past. His best friend was a member of a powerful gang and... now Fushimi knew. Blue eyes met gold and without a second thought, he turned and walked away.
