I met and had a long chat with Nicholas W. Holmes, who plays Robert. He talked with everyone at length and was so sweet. He told me that everyone on Gilmore Girls was so nice, but he initially hated Tanc Sade (Finn), now they’re best friends.
As an actor, he’s “Team Robert”, as a super fan, he’s “Team Jess”. He loves all the fans and agrees with me that Rory should’ve picked him at the Quentin Terrantino party.
