Trying to keep track of family ties here. So, John Rodgers’s younger brother George Rodgers married Oliver Perry’s sister.
Minerva Rodgers’s sister Eliza married John D. Henley who is Martha Washington’s nephew.
Minerva’s other sister Louisa married Alexander Wadsworth (who I will assume is Henry Wadsworth’s brother) who is uncle to Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
Tobias Lear who was George Washington’s secretary for years, second wife was George Washington’s nephew’s widow. His third wife was Frances Henley who was John D Henley and Robert Henleys’ sister.
