having grown up as spoiled and lavish as he did-- hyunjin's always had an eye for pretty things. whether it be clothings, jewelry, furniture, you name it. if it's pretty, it's likely he wanted it and, inevitably, received it at some point in time. whenever something catches his eye, hyunjin either wants or he needs to say something about it. because hyunjin is selfish and eccentric and everything that is a spoiled brat.

his eyes flicker away and back, pausing on his phone to look busy-- before they begin to drift away to stare at the pretty, rose ( gold ) watch on the girl's wrist. he stares down at it, recognizing the brand of it from his distance away. his fingernails scratch at the outside of his case, a thoughtful hum leaving him. he takes a swift glance over her form, head tilting to the side.

"pretty watch." he comments, offering a sweet smile to the other girl. he nods his head towards his wrist, locking his phone as he shoves it into his pocket. "rather expensive too. how'd you get your hands on that?"

it’s getting late, but bomin knows that no one’s really going to care. his parents have long decided that they’d rather hold no regard to his well-being and bomin’s just never really surrounded himself enough with a crowd of people that would well... care. so by all means, he’s fine with walking through the streets this late at night

he decides to take a seat, he prefers the night air anyway. something about it soothes him, makes him calm. and he’s not too sure what it is, but he lets himself fall into the breeze as it carries him. 

it’s a rough neighbourhood, kind of. at least bomin knows how rough it can really get (after all, he is part of a gang), yet he still momentarily closes his eyes, lets himself relax for a moment. and then he feels it, an odd shuffling, like someone’s around, attempting to take something.

Where do you usually go when you when you have time off?

“wherever i want,” he knows that’s not a real answer, but it’s the first one he gives anyways. as if this city is his, as if he has the run of the place. in reality, he’s such a small fish in this big pond. a little dog, yapping and barking all he wants but the moment a larger hound steps in he’d be crushed. “but i like going to sohee’s place. the crew’s hideout. the movies. the park. anywhere but home, really. and never alone. i’d rather have my friends with me, always.”
