Robirdo in the SMB2 style?

I don't really have anything to say for this one... it's SMB2 Robirdo, Mario Advance already used All-Star sprites which are just kinda paintovers so this is a... paint....upper? I don't know. I tried to make it look different where I could but at the end of the day what could I do :/

Debut: Super Mario Advance

It’s so odd having an enemy unique to a GBA remake. The Mario Advance series stays fairly true to the originals, but this is a brand spanking new boss! She replaces Mouser from World 3-3 in the original Super Mario Bros. 2, and it’s just so out of nowhere! But otherwise, she’s just a huge, beefed-up Birdo fight. 

I guess this is as good as a time as any to bring up all the voice-lines in the Mario Advance games. I think they really wanted to show off the GBA’s sound quality or something, but we end up with a Mario game with so much blabbering!

All of the bosses get voice clips, too! The Birdos are portrayed by Jen Taylor (the voice of Peach at the time) and the others are done by Charles Martinet. It’s honestly quite interesting to see Martinet’s vocal range! Clawgrip with a pirate voice is something I didn’t know I needed. And Fry Guy, with that flamboyant “I’M TOO HOT TO TOUCH”? Beautiful.

We need Robirdo to be rebuilt so they can appear in another game! Maybe they can be in the next Mario Kart?
