When Telamon was going through the puberty,he didn't understand what he is going through. Since Aeacus abounded him before it started(even if she wasn't,I'm sure you all know,she would do nothing). Because of that when mating season starts Telamon feels so horrible,before Brighteyes he would hurt his warriors,bur after Brighteyes he just clings to her. Because he doesn't understand what is happening to him,he can't explain it to his children. He can't explain them how to act during this season. Earl gets panic attack,Messiah rejects food,Sevenless has an urge to hurt someone,1x1x1x1x pulled his feathers out.
Brighteyes's situation is the same,when she was at her puberty,people in her village began to lust over her (revealed in the comic of her past). She began to feel disgusting for her body,because it makes people lust over her. She thinks it's her fault. Her caregiver tried to help her,but she couldn't understand. Thought when her children goes through it(they obviously have it worse) she tries to help,but how is she supposed to help them,if she doesn't understand what to do either ?
