I thought referencing citations was a thing you learnt to do during college/university, hell, even during high school.
Basically. And I wouldn't say this fully absolves Anita and her organization. The thing was only "resolved" because Anita agreed to take down the image. She still managed to use it for well over a year to publicize her project and made over $150k using it at the top of all of her web pages. And it's already been exposed that Feminist Frequency is not a non-profit organization, so I'm betting the only reason she took the image down was because she knew if she didn't, she could be held legally liable for it.
