@asyagrechka - we are super impressed! If this what you can do after 16 days of quarantine, there's no stopping you when you're free to roam the beautiful boulders in #Fontainbleu. Bravo/wow and Hell Yeah! doesn't even come close 💪💪💪. Super impressive.
And super happy to see that the HoldBreaker X thank top doesn't ride up and that it stays down even at some of the awkward positions 🤣🤣🤣
It's super important that we keep our minds stimulated during #socialdistancing and when we've done our home workouts it's time to give food to our minds, here's a great blog piece about "Climbing and Fear" by @jessjess313
Even before tying in, I am pumped, and not in an excited kind of way. In an “I’m so stressed out that my whole body is tense and I am exhausted just thinking about getting on this route” kind of way. But here I am, about to project my first 5.11a - “Motivation.” I just watched my good friend, and climbing partner, clip the chains. This is also her first 5.11a; she took two falls, and I am really proud of her for fighting her way to the top. Normally watching her victory would also feel like a victory for me, because I feel so invested in her climbing progression; but as I am lowering her down, I’m distracted by my own doubts and fears. My motivation is dwindling - ironic.

Working towards equality by getting strong to overtake skinny.
Having men and women at the wall looking at a woman and not thinking/seeing that she's hot, skinny and good looking in a sports bra and shorts but asking, "how the hell is she able to stick that move"? or "how is she holding that crimp"? Keep climbing and keep working towards #STRONG

Love this socially interactive post by @anna.davey - how many drop knees does she do on this boulder? #Repost
I received a txt message from the UK government yesterday. It said “Stay at Home” amongst others things. Being forced to stay at home sucks, being confined to four walls with no freedom of movement drives me crazy. I’m a restless person by nature and I like to keep busy, going and doing things all the time – if not I’ll literally feel like I’m going insane. But no matter how hard it is for me – it doesn’t come close to the consequences of not following the guidelines. .
.
.By staying at home, I can stay healthy and not burden hospitals, I can make sure that nurses only tend to people who needs it the most, I can make sure this virus is not spread to anyone, I can make sure the curve stays flat, I can stay home so the nurses, hospitals, care workers, doctors have one less person to add to their already their heavy burden and I won’t to be responsible for spreading Covid-19 to anyone.
.
.
The most important lesson I’ve learnt these past 13days is that I can control what I FOCUS on. From thinking this is hard, I need to go out made it even more painful and days actually felt so much LONGER. Changing my mindset to I can train and get stronger, I can brush up on my Turkish, German, French and watch series made it easier and days go quicker. .
.
Please follow the guidelines, there will be time to enjoy the mountains again. They are not going anywhere. .

Old picture of me in Frankenjura when I had more time climb and when I didn’t work as much. Stay safe and keep strong. Emine
I’m not going to lie, this #climbing around my kitchen table ,started as a joke, but it turned out to be a successful & fun training for me 😅🤷🏻♀️.
