Falling In Reverse live at Rockhal, Luxembourg, 6/10/2025
The third Falling In Reverse show in this concert session - and THE FIRST SHOW OF THE GOD IS A WEAPON MINI TOUR - was held in Luxembourg, Esch-Sur-Alzette, 6/10/2024. There were two opening bands playing, Crossfaith and From Fall To Spring, and FIR put up an incredible show as usual.

The absolute main attraction of this concert was "God Is A Weapon" PLAYED LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME!! ❤️🔥 You can find the video above, it's the best one so far. The new song live was AMAZING, Ronnie's vocals were shockingly good, literally angelic. He reached some high pitches that were not even there on the record!! It waa a real blast!!

The vibes of the show were fantastic, Ronnie and the boys were all energetic like bombs. There waa a huge, loving crowd of fans too celebrating the band.
There is an incredible amount of quality pictures and videos on socials about this event, I barely could choose what to pick. If you're interested in more, check IG Ronnie Radke tags or my YT for videos.

These photos above are backstage shots, you can see Ronnie and Dana at the sound desk, probably soundchecking.
Guess there was no crowd selfie this time, bc no one from the band posted. I couldn't figure out the reasons of making/not making crowd selfies yet, but fact is the show was exceptionally great.

Falling In Reverse will be having a day off before they continue the festival series in Firenze, Italy, June 12th. As Ronnie mentioned on his gambling stream, they will be literally playing w Guns'n'Roses there. Can't wait for it, and for my next live show to come (Dortmund, Germany) ❤️

"Your baby sister has made it in.✨ Thank u to each and every fan. You’ve been with me every step of the way.💜 #RockHall2019"
Luxembourg 🇱🇺 Rockhal 8.5.19
Let the train take the strain. A high speed double decker direct from Paris to Luxembourg. The venue is out of town about 20 mins on another train. Sadly the weather is not showing Luxembourg in the finest light. It’s grey and raining. Booooh
Lunch took the form of a three course meal..... what was the soup that was served to us as soon as we sat down.... ? unknown flavour and very creamy... perfect for cat lovers? Entrees we’re described as chicken lolly pops but turned out to be chicken thighs and mains was a very tasty Vegan Dahl. All very pleasant and needed.
There is a shopping plaza opposite the Rockhal, on a mission for Snicker bars and Bounty, (emergency use only) there was a chance meeting with DAVID and Jung from Gang of Youths. What gentleman, a lovely chat and well wishes exchanged. We need a UK headline GOY show in our lives soon. David - King of selfies. David is a great hugger 🥰.
On a dank day in Luxembourg the queue was minimal. Thank god for the overhang!
The venue is unusual, in that there was no seating at all. It had the air of a rehearsal hanger/gymnasium about it. The Delta ship is back in the middle of the arena. No large screens needed as no seating. Only 45 mins from doors to wait until GOY take to the stage. Another great set. David is a master at warming a crowd. And let’s not forget he has all he moves. I managed to purchase a GOY tee shirt from the merch desk.... €30. repping for the band tonight.
In summary. To me it was an odd show. Maybe it’s because it was a school night; maybe that is the way Luxembourg parties, but the crowd seemed hard work. There was little bounce in the room apart the front rows. Behind us it started to kick off with people claiming other people spaces.... a little fractious.
I did have a good time and I hope the chaps did, it just seemed very relaxed.
I mean, there were two lighters in believe and I know both of the owners 😂 this seems to be the no pyro leg of Delta.
There was a lovely moment with Marcus beckoning Chris Maas to the mic to say hello. Chris’s family were at the show, Marcus thanked them for sending Chris to London and “us” having him.
Ditmas was only a floor run due to the lack of seats.
We got Woman! It had been sound checked a few times over the tour but tonight we got to see it. Sadly the phone camera was whipped out too late to capture the money note ......Woman and sadly Marcus sang most of it with his back to us..: but it was 😊 lovely regardless.
Encore Cold Arms, White Blank And Forever. The crowd were very respectful.
Blood was another winning combo. Marcus and David’s voice are so good together.
Post show WOT No fake merch sellers.... but a vegan Falafel seller........ as I simply haven’t eaten enough Carbs on this tour already. A school girl error of trying to eat whilst wearing the new WHITE GOY tee shirt ..... what shortly followed was an emergency use of soap and water and nothing a bar of Vanish won’t get out... other stain removers are available.
Delta Tour Europe as ever the gigs have been a foot stomping, bounce, full of joy, which I could forever attend, watch and love....... Its been culturally fascinating. From the sunshine of Barcelona to the snow on arrival in Basel, to the life changing joy of turning the corner to see the Eiffel Tower and finally to the news agent in Luxembourg for selling snickers.. a collective Danke Merci Tres Bien. X
au revoir
Good things come to those who wait: Seed To Tree album release show at Rockhal, LU, 22.03.2019
It’s true, there are bands who take longer than 4 years to release a new album, but the last six months seemed especially long as at one point, I was told the new record would come in autumn 2018. At least, I had heard some of the new songs at last year’s gigs, so there was never a doubt it would be worth the wait.
The evening was opened by Autmn Sweater, a Luxembourgish alt rock 4-piece who have almost three releases under their belt – „almost“ because cassettes were ordered for last Friday night, but a bit late, so they didn’t arrive on time. You can listen to / purchase (name your price) Session 1 and Session 2 on Bandcamp and here are two new songs (Control / Drinks) I recorded:
I always like it when a band has more than just one singer – three in this case! – especially if one of them is the drummer as drummers are often somewhere in the background and don’t get the recognition they deserve.
Then, it was time for Seed To Tree – or not quite yet, as their set was preceded by a track I instantly fell in love with, but had never heard before. I can already see you shake your heads in disbelief when I reveal what song it was and I can assure you I’m properly ashamed for having had to look it up: Damien Jurado – Cloudy Shoes.
But THEN 😀
(you can find my complete photo set here)
The band startet with two older songs, but during the course of the evening, all tracks from the new album Proportions were played. I already wrote a few words about it when the last single Integrity was released, so allow me to just copy & paste:
Proportions will be released on March 22nd and the four songs which are already available now (Integrity + I Wouldn’t Mind, Within Me and Lack of Proportion) give you an accurate idea of what to expect from the record as a whole (I can tell because I was finally able to listen to it): music ranging from dreamy to catchy, combined with thought provoking lyrics – indie pop with depth.
The Unconcerned EP released in 2017 already hinted at what is confirmed by the new full length: that the band have come a long way from their indie folk roots. While the now four years old debut album Wandering was pretty straightforward music and lyric wise, the new songs offer layers to be explored and lyrics which, while asking universal questions (the search for identity in our modern world is a recurrent theme), invite the listener to find their own answers and meaning. Of course, you can also just get lost in the music if you prefer that.
When listening to Proportions for the first time, Comfort Me was an instant favorite (all it took were the first two lines of the lyrics, actually), so it was nice to learn that it’s one of the band’s favorite tracks, too, and even nicer to witness how great it is live – the highlight of an awesome evening:
As I mentioned, Proportions was played in its entirety, just like the Unconcerned EP. Three songs from the debut album completed the setlist. Judging by the crowd at the merch stand after the show, the rest of the audience was just as blown away as me. Of course, I got myself a physical copy of the album (luckily with a lyrics booklet, reading it provided me with a few aha!-moments LOL)
Dear German readers, Seed To Tree will tour our country in April – all the dates are here, DON’T MISS OUT! As for me, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for some summer festivals which will hopefully be confirmed soon 😊
