Ever since watching @athenap-wow 's lore video on Little Einsteins and first saw Big Jet (which caused me to nerd out for a whole minute because Big Jet legit looked like a Seeker from Transformers) and I looked on Tumblr to see if he had any fan-content, then my brain decided to be like, "What if when Big Jet looped around Rocket the first time it was because he was trying to court him but because Rocket's never been outside of the kids' neighborhood he doesn't know what flirting is?"

And now I ship Rocket and Big Jet together and will probably put up some ship headcanons in the future.
