Saturday morning in dad’s little stone-crafted garden ... I know what the sign says on the ground, but it’s #dadsgarden —he does all the work (pretty much), and his buddy, Jay, who comes to lend my dad, his ‘ol friend, a hand from time-to-time (that Jay is good to my dad). And me, I chronicle this little garden’s journey, and all it’s slow-to-grow changes throughout it’s little box-grid landscape life. Oh, I’ll pull a weed or two and do some planting here and there; I’m no stranger to these narrow plots, myself. But, my area is around the way a bit, which I don’t often advertise—surprise, surprise. Yes, there are a few things I DO keep to myself, and share with a very select few. But ... it’s good to break ground, groom the soil, share seeds and see things grow.
