When Miguel and Master Raven's daughter was born, they were so enraptured with her and their love for each other that they couldn't come up with a name. Could you blame them? They couldn't wait to hold their little bundle of sweetness! To think that they would have a daughter! It wasn't until Master Raven's parents came into the room to see their grandchild did the couple come out of their euphoria. They didn't even think of a name months prior for the baby. None of the names sounded right. Both of them were attempting to think but couldn't concentrate because the baby was sleeping soundly. Suddenly, a wave of love crashed into the new parents. Without thinking, the couple said "Rosalina". The baby's eyes suddenly opened. She stared at her parents and blinked. The ninja's parents gasped in awe. Miguel extended his finger to the baby's hand. Master Raven did the same thing with the different hand. The Spaniard chuckled with pride, feeling his finger being squeezed gently. His daughter had both of her parents' strength. Master Raven felt her heart soar. She suddenly called out to her mother without looking. Her mother didn't respond. She knew she wasn't being called to answer. Raven's mother turned her attention to Miguel. He seemed to have been in a deep thought. A hazy memory of his grandmother singing in the kitchen flashed in his mind. He remembered her voice being sweet like vanilla. He suddenly said "Ariel". And that's when the names clicked. The Spaniard and ninja smiled. Their baby girl's name will be Rosalina Antoinette Ariel Rojo. The baby cooed when her full name was called. Everyone in the room was moved to tears. Miguel's thumb gently caressed Rosalina's tiny fingers. He felt so much peace, knowing that his late sister's name will not be said in haunting infamy. It will be said in such love and tenderness. Miguel told his daughter that he will love her no matter what. Even if the sun and stars disappear for all eternity. His little Rosa is his whole world. Master Raven tearfully stated that she will protect her Rosi moon-drop from any and everything. She will ensure that her daughter will be loved loudly without any uncertainty. That her days will be long full of happiness and life. The scene was so touching, even the doctors were tearful and did not want to interrupt. The baby loudly cooed before she went to sleep. After the tearful scene, the doctors didn't need to ask. The baby will be forever known as Rosalina Antoinette Ariel Rojo. To her papa, she's his little Rosa. And to her mama, she's her moon-drop named Rosi.

Ever since the birth of their daughter, Miguel and Master Raven were catching on how to be parents quickly. The baby hardly cries outside of the usual needs like being hungry and needing to be changed. But every morning and night, the baby cries so much that it puzzles the new parents. Both parents were stubborn and refused to seek advice from Master Raven's parents until they figured out the problem. They were on the verge of giving up when Master Raven suddenly started to sing a song that randomly popped into her head. Suddenly, the baby's crying dwindled. Shs went straight to sleep as soon as the ninja finished the song. The new parents were stunned of how fast their baby girl went to sleep just from hearing Raven sing. So the couple decided to test their theory on singing lullabies to the baby to get her to sleep or make her feel calmer. When the baby started crying in the morning, Master Raven started to sing. But to her surprise, it didn't work. So Miguel stepped in and sang a lullaby he used to sing to his sister whenever she was sad. And lo and behold, the baby stopped crying and went back to sleep almost immediately. The revelation was so shocking that they tried this experiment again later on at night. Miguel attempted to sing the baby to sleep again but she wouldn't stop crying. As soon as the ninja sang just a bit of a different song, the baby quieted down. The couple can't help but laugh at the situation. Their baby girl would only go to sleep if Master Raven sang lullabies at night whereas Miguel sings them first thing in the morning. The discovery from the experiment actually helped the new parents. Every morning, Miguel sings to the baby, feeling Master Raven's arms wrapped around him. And every night, Master Raven sweetly sings every lullaby she knows in different languages while she's being rocked by Miguel. Every morning and every night, the tiny family is covered with warmth, love, and songs that soothes everyone.

Today was a big day for the both of them. And why was it a big day? It's because Miguel was taking Master Raven to her very first large comic expo! Both of them finally had the time to go after being busy with their lines of work. Miguel was so excited about going, he made all of their costumes by hand. Master Raven was SUPER excited as well, but she was very nervous because she's going to a place full of many regular civilians and there's no telling what kinds of things that can happen. On the first day of the event, Master Raven went as Aveline de Grandpré while Miguel went as Ezio Auditore from Assassin's Creed. Miguel was amused the entire day because of the reactions of many con-goers when they saw Master Raven drop in out of nowhere. And it amused Raven a lot more when the goers wondered if she was a professional stuntwoman or a ninja. Of course she went with the first option but it made her feel a bit giddy that people guessed her profession. On the next day, Master Raven dressed as Sheva Alomar and Miguel went as Carlos Oliveira from Resident Evil. Miguel couldn't help but be amused at the amount of con-goers that wanted to take pictures with him and his girlfriend. Most of the poses were action-based but it was all in good fun. Though he had a laugh at some of the female goers that were jealous of him and Master Raven doing romantic poses and sharing some kisses when people asked to take some more pictures. But Master Raven was thrilled a bit when she found out that some con-goers also liked the pairing of Sheva and Carlos. She's not gonna admit that out loud though. The two days went on smoothly. But Master Raven was rather nervous about this next cosplay. Why was she nervous? It's because of her hair. Miguel dyed her hair white with temporary hair color (he did one hell of a job and dyed his hair too). With her nerves racing about, Master Raven adorned her costume of 2B from Nier Automata while Miguel dressed as Elder God Kenshi Takahashi from Mortal Kombat. Never in her life did Master Raven receive so many complinents in one day. Everyone LOVED her hair! Everyone wanted to take even more pictures with her! She even had artist vendors draw her on the fly! But on the next day, Miguel and Master Raven were almost reduced to tears. With some of the hair dye going from white to silver, Master Raven dresses up as Neo Queen Serenity while Miguel went as King Endymion from Sailor Moon. Every con-goer's breath was taken away from seeing the couple in their costumes. They could've been mistaken as royals visiting the convention. While the couple were walking around, a little girl that looks like Raven ran away in a flash. She dragged her mother to see Master Raven while yelling about how there's a princess that looked like her. The little girl was awestruck! The pretty princess really looked like her! And she never saw a princess that looked like her in her fairytale books! Master Raven felt humbled and warm inside. She started to act like the character and took the little girl in her arms. Everyone had their phones and cameras out to record the precious moment. And before she knew it, Master Raven had many girls who looked like her, varying in age and even wearing Sailor Moon-themed costumes, wanting to see her and take pictures with her. The moment was so touching and powerful to the point where the stars that came to visit fans actually went to the couple and took pictures with them! The stars came to them! And one star that happened to be a famous artist asked the couple if they could be used as new characters for a new project in the works. Both Miguel and Master Raven were stunned but accepted the offer. The couple had such an amazing time at the convention. But Miguel was in absolute content with seeing everything wonderful happening to Master Raven. He wanted her to have the best first-time experience of going to a con and she got it and more. Maybe this is something they'll start doing more often.

This was one of those chaotic days that Master Raven can sleep in without a care while Miguel has to go into work. She woke up and stretched, feeling her muscles pop deliciously. She thought this day would be a bit quiet and relaxing without something happening so fast. Oh how wrong she was. For starters, she discovered that Miguel accidentally left his lunch sitting on the counter. Being the loving person she is, and wanting to get some fresh air, she takes the lunch down to Miguel's agency. When she stepped inside, it was...a bit chaotic. The female models were making a lot of noise about who gets to pose with the male model because the main female model suddenly got sick. The fashion designers were trying not to lose their minds and figuring out who's able to wear the clothes that the original female model could wear. In the midst of all the chaos, Miguel was talking to a photographer about something. Master Raven quickly went to the Spaniard and handed him his lunch. Suddenly, the photographer wanted the ninja to stay. He said that she was the model that could take the original female model's place until she recovers. Raven of course tries to deny that she's a model and attempts to leave but her efforts were futile. The fashion designers got the outfits together and got the makeup team on standby and dolled her up. After shse got dressed and made up, Raven was made to stand next to Miguel, still pleading that she isn't an actual model and that it was a huge misunderstanding. But the photographer didn't understand why the ninja said she wasn't one when obviously she was born to be one. Throughout the set up, Miguel had to talk the ninja into calming down and explaining the situation. He knew she was nervous and was caught off guard. All he told her to do was just look at him and everything would be fine. And she did. The photoshoot went on without a hitch. The photographers adored the ninja and how natural she was with Miguel and how beautiful they looked together. The female models were obviously upset that none of them were chosen to model with Miguel, but they could understand why Master Raven was chosen. She was drop-dead gorgeous and just happened to get into the photographers' good graces. Master Raven was definitely overwhelmed by the photoshoot and the onslaught of compliments by everyone. She was even offered a job as a new model by the agency! Thankfully Miguel handled everything before the poor woman got smothered by the bustling crews. But if there's anything Master Raven got out of all of this, it's that she understands the amount of shit Miguel has to deal with at certain times and that he looks even more handsome with a well-tailored suit on. But what Miguel got out of all of this is having his girlfriend, a goddamn ninja, model with him and have everyone acknowledge how beautiful Raven is and how lucky he is to have her. Even if she did get caught up in his mess at work.

Neither one would've ever thought they'd be ready for such a life change. Especially Master Raven. Who would've thought that her, a high-ranking ninja of the CIA that was able to bring an end to the wretched Mishima Wars, trafficking rings, and corrupt governments, was pregnant? With Miguel's child? She almost didn't know what to do with herself. It...was many things. Uneasiness. Fear. Guilt. Doubt. Joy. Happiness. Warmth. Excitement. Bliss. Love. It was tough at first. The restlessness. The cravings. The heightened senses. And it took a bit of a toll on the ninja. But despite all of it, Miguel was there to ease Raven. Every night, he gently rocks and sings to her before going to bed. Miguel fixes Raven a cup of tea every morning and night. He always tries to have Master Raven do a calming activity after they get off of work. He even opted for them both to do yoga. But what Master Raven finds the most endearing out of her pregancy is hearing Miguel talk and sing to her swelling belly. Whenever the baby gets excited, Miguel gently talks to bump and calms the baby down. And every night when he thinks Master Raven is asleep, Miguel sings a lullaby to the bump. It doesn't matter if it's an old or new song or if it's a shortened version. He won't rest until wife and his unborn child go to sleep. And truth be told, Master Raven was anticipating for the birth of her baby. She really wanted to see how Miguel would be such a loving and doting father to his child. She wanted to see him hold and sing to the baby. She wanted to see him love and protect the baby. She couldn't wait to see how he'd become a great father despite not having a good one himself.

For his version of love language, Miguel draws out little doodles of encouragement and love on post-it notes and sticks them on top of Master Raven's favorite flavor of hard candy. He does it every time the ninja prepares to go on a top secret mission that'll no doubt leave her stressed to complete sometimes. While Raven is en route of travelling to her extraction point, she chuckles and smiles from seeing the doodles and stores them in her tiny sandwich bag she carries on her. In a sense, Miguel's tiny doodles are her sacred talismans to keep her safe during her missions. And after her missions are done, she places the doodles in a secret jar at home. The jar itself is Raven's personal jar of treasure and wishes she keeps to herself. And every time she feels sad or exhausted, she smiles at those heart-warming drawings and notes Miguel gave her. She has to make sure she gives him warmer and longer hugs along with some kisses to return the sweet feeling Miguel gives her.

This had to be the most memorable day of their lives: the birth of their baby. For her to be pregnant for the first time, Master Raven took her water breaking pretty well. At least for the first few hours. She wasn't in any pain luckily but her nerves started to rattle when her parents were getting too excited over the phone and were practically screaming at the ninja to get to the hospital. And Miguel was...stable. It was understandable that he was freaking out internally because of his in-laws screaming in panic and excitement. And the fact that this badass ninja is going to give birth to their first child. The pair got to the hospital just fine and were able to get a good room. Master Raven still had to do some dialating before she could really give birth. And during that time, she and Miguel sat around watching television and being wrapped in their thoughts about how they're really going to become parents. And the doubts set in. Master Raven felt the pressure sit on her shoulders and it made her panic a bit. And if she started to panic, so would Miguel. To ease them both, Miguel muted the television and made Master Raven stand up. He took her into his arms and began to sway. He began to serenade her. And it helped them both tremendously. The ninja never felt so safe and loved. And the swaying helped a little with her dialation. Miguel kept giving sweet kisses on the ninja's forehead, feeling calmer from her sighs. The pair was in bliss. That is, until the door bursts open with Raven's mother swinging her coat off of her shoulders like Batman does with his cape, Raven's dad right behind his wife, and a doctor with a clip board. Well, if anything, at least Raven's not in any pain and that her doubts were nowhere to be found. She has her parents and Miguel with her. And she can't wait to finally meet her and Miguel's tiny addition to their family.

There was only one fear that Miguel, or more so Master Raven had: meeting the parents. Luckily, Miguel completely cut ties with his parents years ago so Master Raven won't have to meet them. But both of their nerves were rattling when Miguel flew to the U.S. to meet Master Raven's parents. It was the holidays where Master Raven can actually enjoy her break and she was gonna spend the time with her parents and Miguel. She picked up Miguel from the airport and can't help but be jittery about the entire thing. Miguel was amused to see his girlfriend be nervous but couldn't help but smile. And he was just as nervous considering that he doesn't know what Raven's parents thought of him. Into the evening, they pull into a nice neighborhood and into a nice looking house with a few cars in the driveway. Master Raven groans out loud because she knew that her other relatives were here. That information made Miguel gulp. He doesn't really have a family anymore and it wasn't big with other relatives. The Spaniard gave Raven a comforting hug to try to ease her nerves before stepping in. He knew it was difficult for Raven to even open up about her line of work and the relationships she had with anyone. She kissed him briefly before stepping inside. Raven's family immediately welcomed the pair with warmth and open arms. Raven introduced "her lil' friend" to her mom and dad first before introducing Miguel to her uncles, aunts, and cousins. Everyone seemed to like him. Especially Raven's mom, aunts, and cousins. And even though everything was going great, Raven can't help but be embarrassed by her uncles roasting her and Miguel. Sure it's in good fun, but it was her turn to get made fun of for bringing home a boyfriend like the rest of her cousins. While Miguel was playing spades with the uncles, and winning, Raven was talking about how much she loved Miguel and how she thinks he's the one to her mother. Her mother smiled at the affirmation. She already knew that Miguel loved Raven more than life itself when she first saw him. She just wanted to get to know the man. When Miguel and Raven's dad lost in a round of Hot Seat, they got up and talked with each other over a glass of vanilla whiskey. Raven's dad talked about how he was worried at first about his daughter taking on her job. So many trials and tribulations that happened with her and the family happened to the point where everyone almost lost everything. Raven's father went on about how he was worried that he'd lose his daughter some day. If it wasn't physical, it'd be emotional. But he came to terms with his daughter and her line of work when she came home after several years of no contact. And now he's seeing that Raven, his little ass-kicking baby, is madly in love with Miguel and really wanted her to meet him. And he knows that Miguel has been through some rough shit before too. It was evident in his eyes. But he was glad to see that Raven truly fell in love with a person and fell hard for them. With tears in his eyes, Raven's father clinked his glass with Miguel's and told him that he can't wait to get to know him. He's excited to welcome Miguel into the family with open arms. And this makes Miguel emotional as well because he hated his conservative parents. He hated the ideologies they stood for. He hated how there was no love for him because he refused to be like them. He hated how they kept his sister from him. And after many years, he gets the love he wished he had since he was a teenager from his girlfriend's parents in just a few hours. The men hugged it out before sharing a laugh. They went back upstairs to continue playing cards with the rest of the family. All is right tonight. Just love, family, drinks, and roasts.
