-Amanda is pretty guarded because of her family life, and experiences. So it takes her a bit to let you in. Once she does let you in, she is fiercely loyal. You let her vent, relax, and just be herself and she loves you for that (among other things.)
-When she’s having a really bad day you’ll go over with a bottle of wine and cuddle up with her and Frannie on the couch. Her favorite thing to do is rest her head in your lap while she complains. She loves it when you listen and play with her hair.
-She doesn’t have to keep on a brave face around you. For most of her life she’s had to hold things in and knowing that she doesn’t have to do that with you is heaven.
-To unwind you watch trash reality tv together. You both get really into it, forgetting about the troubles of the day. Joking about contestants, making predictions about where the show will go, arguing about who you like and dislike.
-Frannie gets super excited to see you and it absolutely melts Amanda’s heart to see you two curled up on the couch together. She watches with heart eyes as her pup crawls up your chest and places slobbery kisses on your face.
